May 2026 Intake

Kenya Coast National Polytechnic (KCNP) wishes to inform all trainees that the May 2026 intake reporting dates will be as follows:

Opening date for continuing trainees: 27th April 2026
Reporting dates for new trainees: 6th – 8th May 2026

Admission Guidelines for KUCCPS Applicants

Congratulations on being selected by Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Services (KUCCPS) to pursue a course at KCNP. The Polytechnic wishes to inform you that the reporting dates for May 2026 intake will be 27th April 2026.

INSTRUCTIONS: In order to get your admission form, email the following documets to registrar@kenyacoastpoly.ac.ke or admission@kenyacoastpoly.ac.ke

  1. Copy of K.C.S.E results slip
  2. Full names
  3. KUCCPS message
  4. Course applied for
  5. Personal valid email address (not cyber email address)
  6. Valid working phone number

Other inquiries can be through registrar@kenyacoastpoly.ac.ke . Remember to also print the other important documents which have been uploaded like the FEES STRUCTURE and COURSE REQUIREMENTS.
