The following are our duties in Registrar academics office:
To ensure integrity of Students Academic Records
Secretary to Academic Board of Kenya Coast National Polytechnic.
Efficient management, production and issuance of academic documents.
Maintenance of updated course/class schedules.
All matters examination/assessment.
Development and maintenance of accurate curriculum management.
Preparation, planning, organizing for a graduation.
Maintenance of confidentiality of students’ progress records, transcripts and certificates.
Offer career guidance to the students regarding examination/assessment and certification.
